If you are aware that your distance off the tee is suffering and your swing isn't quite the same as it used to be, this might help explain what might be happening.

According to a study published in the Journal of Aging Research, there are significant differences in shoulder, hip and spine flexibility in seniors from 55 to 86 years of age.

Shoulder flexibility showed a significant decline averaging 5 degrees/decade in men and 6 degrees/decade in women.

Hip Flexibility showed a significant decline averaging 6 degrees/decade for men and 7 degrees/decade.

At the age of 71 years, it appears that both upper and lower body flexibility show an accelerated decline in males.

How about performing the right stretches, exercises and drills for your age?

It's not too late and you can still maximize distance off the tee.

Solve the Mistakes You Can’t See

You’ve practiced. You’ve played countless rounds. You’ve read tips and watched videos—but your scores haven’t improved.

What if the problem isn’t your effort… but hidden mistakes buried deep in your swing?

From the tee box to the green, tiny flaws are silently sabotaging your drives, your approach shots, and even your putting. The worst part? You don’t even see them coming.

Now it's time to reveal the errors that are costing you strokes and holding back your game.

Imagine:

Hitting fairways with confidence every time.

Approaching the green with perfect distance and control.

Rolling putts with precision you never thought possible.

The pros don’t guess—they analyze, adjust, and eliminate hidden flaws before they cost them strokes. Now you can do the same.

Stop leaving shots—and strokes—on the course.

Until next time,
